Abstract
This article takes the land development and construction project at the original site of the Second Thermal Power Plant as the research background,and deeply explores the all-round and comprehensive application of BIM technology throughout the entire project process.Through detailed analysis of project design optimization,construction management,operation and maintenance and other stages,the significant advantages and practical effects of BIM technology in improving engineering efficiency,optimizing resource allocation,strengthening collaborative work,and ensuring sustainable development of projects have been revealed.Through practical case analysis,the adaptability and innovation of BIM technology in complex environments have been verified,which has improved design efficiency,accelerated construction progress,and enhanced construction quality.The project construction has achieved good comprehensive benefits.
