低碳背景下绿色建筑设计思路与实践研究

在"双碳"目标下,当前绿色建筑设计的深度有待加强,很多绿色建筑项目仅仅停留在浅层次的绿色设计上,如增加绿化植被、使用节能灯具等,而没有真正从建筑的整体规划、材料选择、能源利用等方面进行深入的设计,这种浅层次的绿色设计虽然能在一定程度上提高建筑的环保性能,但无法实现真正的可持续发展。文章研究了低碳背景下绿色建筑设计思路与实践,从绿色设计目标、原则、模式等方面出发,探索切实可行的绿色建筑设计思路,并以实际工程项目为例展开探讨,介绍了结构设计、电气设计、给排水设计、暖通设计中的典型绿色技术应用,强调整体绿色设计理念,以更小的代价实现全过程、全专业的绿色设计融合。
Research on Green Building Design Ideas and Practices Under the Low-carbon Background
Under the"dual carbon"goal,the depth of current green building design needs to be strengthened.Many green building projects only stay at a shallow level of green design,such as adding green vegetation,using energy-saving lighting fixtures and so on,but do not really carry out in-depth design from the overall planning,material selection,energy utilization,and other aspects of the building.Although this shallow level of green design can improve the environmental performance of the building to a certain extent,it cannot achieve true sustainable development.The paper studies the design ideas and practices of green buildings under the low-carbon background,explores practical and feasible green building design ideas from the goals,principles,modes,and other aspects of green design.The article takes actual engineering projects as an example to explore typical green technology applications in structural design,electrical design,water supply and drainage design,and HVAC design.It emphasizes the concept of overall green design and achieves the integration of green design throughout the entire process and profession at a lower cost.
