In this paper,the application status of BIM technology in architectural design,the development needs of Smart Park,design methodology,and park life cycle management are discussed.Combined with the market data and actual cases,the application and effect of BIM technology in the construction of Smart Park are expounded.Finally,the technical difficulties and solutions in BIM application are summarized,and the effects of energy saving,emission reduction,cost control and operation efficiency improvement in the application of BIM technology throughout the life cycle are analyzed.
