This paper investigates the evaluation system for highway route design scheme based on the green road construction philosophy.The paper begins by discussing the selection and determination of key evaluation indicators for highway route design schemes under the guidance of green philosophy.These indicators include environmental impact indicators,socio-economic indicators,technical indicators,and safety indicators.Subsequently,the article delves into the methodology for assigning weights to these evaluation indicators and how to perform comprehensive weight allocation and adjustments among different indicators to ensure that the evaluation system is both scientific and reasonable.Finally,the paper explores various evaluation methods,including expert review,quantitative analysis,multi-criteria decision analysis(MCDM),simulation modeling and scenario analysis,and data envelopment analysis(DEA),collectively forming a comprehensive and multidimensional evaluation framework.
