The paper studies the management of construction equipment procurement and supplier management under the drive of big data.Starting from three aspects of procurement plan management,supplier management,and procurement process management,it analyzes the main problems in construction equipment procurement and proposes targeted optimization measures.It emphasizes the importance of data collection,data storage,data analysis,data processing,and data application,which is conducive to improving the transaction efficiency of procurement management,and promoting fair competition and mechanism innovation.
