Issues and Optimization Suggestions for Smart Community Construction
This article introduces the current research status of smart communities at home and abroad,summarizes the preliminary achievements in the construction and development of smart communities in China,and points out a series of problems exposed in the construction and operation process,such as the lack of unified planning,technological supremacy,and lack of professional talents.In response to the problems of scattered smart community management platforms,outdated infrastructure,and low levels of resident participation,optimization suggestions and ideas have been proposed to focus on overall planning,data resource sharing,and improving public participation enthusiasm.
