摘要

随着算力规模的迅猛增长和布局结构的优化,公共算力平台正显著促进产业升级与经济发展.然而同时也存在诸多挑战,包括协同发展、生态完善以及数据安全等问题.同时我们也看到,国产人工智能大模型的迅猛发展对算力平台的性能和服务范围扩展具有关键影响,通过"智慧利川·人工智能新基建"项目展示了国产人工智能大模型在实际中的应用成效.在人工智能后续发展过程中,为克服现有挑战并实现高质量发展,需要加强技术攻关和标准实施,以增强中国的人工智能基础力量和推进数字化转型.

Abstract

With the rapid growth of computing power scale and optimization of layout structure,public computing power platforms are significantly promoting industrial upgrading and economic development.However,there are also many challenges,including collaborative development,ecological improvement,and data security issues.At the same time,we also see that the rapid development of domestic artificial intelligence models has a key impact on the performance and service scope expansion of computing platforms.The"Smart Lichuan·Artificial Intelligence New Infrastructure"project demonstrates the practical application effectiveness of domestic artificial intelligence models.In the subsequent development process of artificial intelligence,in order to overcome existing challenges and achieve high-quality development,it is necessary to strengthen technological research and standard implementation to enhance China's artificial intelligence foundation and promote digital transformation.
