基于BIM技术的复杂深基坑数字化管理应用

经过长时间的推广应用工作,BIM技术已经在地上结构的设计施工中得到广泛应用,但作为建筑全生命周期的重要组成部分,基坑工程的数字化发展与应用仍较为缺乏。本文依托广州白云车站基坑工程展开研究,建立了复杂深基坑的精细化模型。通过三维模型,研判并优化了基坑施工步骤和顺序,有效规避了复杂地层带来的安全隐患。同时,基于Java网站框架SpringBoot的集成,开发了具有自动化监测及预警、BIM三维图像可视化展示解析功能的平台。将基坑BIM模型与智能化监测设备整合到自动监测平台中,实现基坑工程的可视化自动监控,保障深大基坑的施工安全。
Application of Digital Management of Complex Deep Foundation Pit Based on BIM Technology
After a long period of promotion and application,BIM technology has been widely applied in the design and construction of above-ground structures,but as an important component of the whole life cycle of buildings,the digital development and application of foundation pit engineering is still relatively lacking.Based on the foundation pit project of Guangzhou Baiyun Station,this paper establishes a refined model of complex deep foundation pit.Through the three-dimensional model,the construction steps and sequence of foundation pit are studied and optimized to effectively avoid the safety hazards caused by complex strata.At the same time,based on the integration of Java web framework SpringBoot,a platform with automatic monitoring and early warning functions and BIM 3D image visualization display and analysis functions is developed.By integrating foundation pit BIM model and intelligent monitoring equipment into the automatic monitoring platform,the visual automatic monitoring of foundation pit engineering can be realized to ensure the construction safety of deep and large foundation pit.
