摘要
北京世园会园区外围综合管廊工程是世园会市政基础设施建设项目之一,是为保证世园会的供给安全、满足城市新增用地发展需要、提升城市景观效果,以及完善延庆区基础设施建设和区域路网功能设计建造的,是北京市重点工程.为了提高工程质量、缩短工期、节约成本,本项目在设计阶段利用Civil 3D、Revit等BIM软件进行地形识别,复杂节点设计以及协同设计,极大地提高了设计质量和设计效率.在施工阶段利用Navisworks、Revit以及3dmax软件进行碰撞检查、可视化交底以及施工工艺模拟.在运维阶段利用智慧运维管理平台,实现了管控可视化、应急智能化、管理集约化、作业安全化.本文将详细阐述BIM技术在项目各阶段的具体应用,希望可以为读者提供一些帮助.
Abstract
The comprehensive pipe corridor project outside the Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition Park is one of the municipal infrastructure construction projects of the Expo,which is designed and constructed to ensure the supply safety of the Expo,meet the development needs of new urban land,improve the effect of urban landscape,and improve the construction of infrastructure construction and the regional road network function of Yanqing District,and it is a key project in Beijing.In order to improve project quality,shorten construction period and save cost,the project uses BIM software like civil 3D,and Revit for terrain recognition,complex node design,and collaborative design during the design phase,greatly improving the design quality and efficiency.it uses Navisworks,Revit,and 3dmax software for collision inspection,visual disclosure,and construction process simulation during the construction phase.In the operation and maintenance phase,it also utilizes a smart operation and maintenance management platform to achieve visual control,intelligent emergency response,intensive management,and safe operations.This paper will elaborate on the specific application of BIM technology in each stage of the project,hoping to provide some help for readers.
