Municipal Engineering Cost Control and Management Based on BIM Technology
Based on the application of BIM technology in municipal engineering cost and management,this paper firstly describes the current situation of municipal engineering cost management,and points out the problem of lack of relevance of engineering information and relatively insufficient information sharing carriers.On this basis,this paper lists the advantages of BIM technology in the regulation and control of project cost control,including drawing mapping,material selection,cost control,construction memory assessment,etc.Its accurate data processing ability plays a key role in the control of project cost.The paper also analyzes and summarizes the application of BIM technology in municipal engineering cost management from the perspectives of investment decision-making stage,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and project completion stage respectively.
