摘要

文章研究了低碳目标下高层建筑创新施工管理,在明确低碳施工管理必要性和创新路径的基础上,从施工质量管理、施工进度管理、绿色施工管理三个方面出发,分析了高层建筑创新施工管理要点,通过信息化、智能化技术应用,不但要满足质量、工期等核心目标管理要求,而且要提高绿色施工效果,达到资源节约、环境保护的低碳发展目的.

Abstract

The paper studies the innovative construction management of high-rise buildings under the low-carbon goal.Based on clarifying the necessity and innovative path of low-carbon construction management,it analyzes the key points of innovative construction management of high-rise buildings from three aspects:construction quality management,construction schedule management,and green construction management.Through the application of information and intelligent technology,it is not only necessary to meet the management requirements of core objectives such as quality and construction period,but also to improve the green construction effect and achieve the low-carbon development purpose of resource conservation and environmental protection.
