High rise buildings have a certain degree of uniqueness and complexity.When incorporating the concept of green and low-carbon buildings,it is necessary to start from the design stage,grasp the design core and key elements,and avoid falling into the misunderstanding of symbolization and standardization.The paper studies the application of green and low-carbon building concepts in high-rise building design.Based on the understanding of project overview,and according to the goals of green building construction,it analyzes the specific manifestations of green and low-carbon building concepts in high-rise building design from the aspects of site design optimization,ventilation design optimization,lighting design optimization,structural design optimization,and water supply and drainage design optimization,and proposes design ideas and optimization strategies from multiple levels and perspectives.
