Numerical Simulation and Monitoring Analysis of Prefabricated Steel Structured Mud Reserve Tank Support Based on MIDAS Gen
In order to solve the problems existing in the reinforced concrete buttress of the traditional pre-drilling engineering mud reserve tank, such as large environment impact of on-site wet operation, high engineering cost, and difficult on-site lifting, the paper puts forward the prefabricated steel structure mud reserve cans support and carries out its structural design. Based on the bearing capacity, the load-bearing form of the bracket is deepened, and the refined finite element model of the fully assembled steel structure support is established to establish a finite element analysis of the displacement, bending moment, and axis of the bracket to determine the construction plan of the bracket; At the same time, the key nodes of the bracket are selected for strain monitoring during the construction phase, and the results are compared and verified with the software simulation data, and the research results can provide an important reference for the assembly and construction of pre-drilling engineering.
