Numerous studies have shown that,in the design,construction and use process of building energy efficiency,there are differences between actual building energy efficiency and theoretical energy efficiency in actual measurement and theory and operation and design. Based on the perspective of the entire life cycle of buildings,through in-depth literature research,combined with CiteSpace's literature analysis function,post use evaluation,green building and sustainable development concepts,this study analyzes the causes and optimization methods of building energy efficiency differences,in order to provide inspiration for future research on optimizing building energy efficiency differences in China.
