This paper studies the construction measures of a new generation of highway comprehensive wisdom maintenance and management system driven by digitalization. On the basis of mastering the problems and challenges of highway maintenance and management,this paper starts with the demand of the new generation of digital maintenance management,and analyzes the system architecture and system construction content of the new generation of comprehensive intelligent highway maintenance management system. Through the standardization construction of maintenance and management system,the construction of high precision digital base,the construction of highway maintenance database,the construction of comprehensive application system and other multiple parts,it helps to change highway maintenance mode,and create and improve a new generation of highway comprehensive maintenance and management system.
