Research on the Planning and Design of Development-oriented Characteristic Towns——A Case Study of Huanxi Town of Panjin City
In recent years,problems such as concept hyping and industry hollowing have appeared in the vigorous construction process of characteristic towns. In response to this phenomenon,the planning of Huanxi Characteristic Town in Panjin City,has explored a market-oriented characteristic town planning method which returns to rationality,strengthening the research on the accuracy of town positioning,characteristic manifestation,and market feasibility. It excavates the town's unique ecological wetland,oil-land integration,and traditional northern architectural space value,and starts with the multi-level needs of the government,the market,residents,and consumers to determine the overall development orientation of Huanxi Town that meets the needs of multiple subjects. It creates the overall functional space form of the town,reshapes the ecological open space background of Huanxi Town,creates the town landscape style with the integration of town scenery,and realizes the goal of living,working and traveling. It also makes a comprehensive judgment on the development stage of Huanxi Town,defines the organic renewal and development path of Huanxi Town in a time-division sequence,and puts forward detailed guidance on the construction content of each stage.
