The detailed planning technology is highly professional,and it is necessary to formulate a scientific and reasonable territorial spatial planning scheme based on the situation of regional land resources. This paper expounds the significance and existing problems of detailed planning technology reform in combination with the territorial space planning system,and then discusses the practical ideas of the detailed planning technology reform from the aspects of setting up the urban and rural fine planning framework,constructing the technical system of "general rules and detailed rules",forming the planning mode with the participation of multiple subjects,and improving the environmental improvement of the detailed planning technology.
