The paper introduces the concept of crowd portrait,and discusses how to use big data and big model to build the crowd portraits of cities. Combined with the geographic information,and in view of different needs,it expounds the decomposition of indicators of controlled detailed planning units within urban development boundaries in a more scientific and effective way,so as to more accurately reflect the actual needs of different urban groups,more effectively and fine-grained urban service planning supply,and further promote sustainable urban development. It also looks forward to the further application of crowd portraits in all aspects of city operations,with a view to introducing new ideas,so as to provide reference for planners and city managers and carry on further deepening research and application.
