基于有限元分析的不同影响因素下盾构隧道地层变形规律

文章研究了在盾构隧道施工过程中,支护压力、隧道坡度和隧道埋深等对地表沉降的影响。研究发现,支护压力和隧道坡度是影响地表沉降的主要因素。在适当范围内增加支护压力,可以有效地控制地表沉降,但超出一定阈值后,其效果不再显著。隧道坡度的变化能够影响沉降槽的形状和大小,此外,隧道埋深的变化也对地表沉降有重要影响。本文的研究成果对盾构隧道的设计和施工具有参考意义,有助于优化施工方案,减少地表沉降,提高施工安全性。
Deformation Law of Shield Tunnel Strata Under Different Influencing Factors Based on Finite Element Analysis
This paper studies the influence of support pressure,tunnel slope and tunnel buried depth on ground surface settlement during shield tunnel construction. It is found that supporting pressure and tunnel slope are the main factors affecting ground surface subsidence. In a proper range,increasing the support pressure can effectively control the ground surface subsidence,but beyond a certain threshold,its effect is no longer significant. The change of tunnel slope can affect the shape and size of settling tank. In addition,the change of tunnel buried depth also has an important influence on the ground surface subsidence. The research results of this paper have reference significance for the design and construction of shield tunnel,which is helpful to optimize the construction scheme,reduce the surface settlement and improve the construction safety.
