Abstract
This paper describes the basic concepts and characteristics of BIM technology,analyzes its application advantages in the construction of housing-building construction projects,and introduces the practical application methods of BIM technology in the floor layout,material management,schedule management,pipeline layout and other scenarios of housing construction projects. It is pointed out that the application of BIM technology in the construction of housing-building construction can effectively improve the construction efficiency,avoid the construction risk,compress the construction cost,ensure the construction quality,improve the information level of housing construction and the quality and efficiency of construction site management,and help the high-quality transformation and development of housing-building construction industry.
