摘要

结合现行的国家、地方及行业设计规范,多个工程项目施工安装经验,运行维护管理经验,以及BIM技术在工程项目中的应用效果,总结出基于BIM技术的保障性住房项目建筑机电管线综合设计要点和量化设计原则.文章以深圳市某保障性住房项目为案例,展示BIM技术在建筑机电管线综合设计中的应用效果.

Abstract

By combining the current national,local and industry design specifications,and the construction and installation experience and operation experience and maintenance management experience of multiple engineering projects as well as the application effect of BIM technology in engineering projects,this article summarizes the comprehensive design points and quantitative design principles of building electromechanical pipelines for indemnificatory housing projects based on BIM technology. It takes an indemnificatory housing project in Shenzhen as an example to demonstrate the application effect of BIM technology in the comprehensive design of building electromechanical pipelines.
