面对房屋建筑施工中巨大的能源消耗,以及带来的环境污染等问题,广大受众对新型绿色节能技术的关注度越来越高。文章研究了基于新型绿色节能技术下的房屋建筑施工措施,为准确计算房屋建筑施工中碳排放量,在掌握具体计算模型的基础上,从复合硅酸盐保温砂浆、太阳能发电、倒置式屋面、塑钢门窗安装、雨水收集系统等几个方面,对具体施工措施进行了详细分析。新型绿色节能技术有助于转变传统施工模式,优化房屋设计方案细节,提高施工效率与质量,充分发挥其应用价值,为房屋建筑施工可持续发展奠定夯实基础。
Research on the House Construction Based on the New Green and Energy-saving Technology
Faced with the huge energy consumption and environmental pollution caused by housing construction,the public is paying more and more attention to the new green energy-saving technology. This paper studies the building construction measures based on the new green energy-saving technology. In order to accurately calculate the carbon emissions in building construction,on the basis of mastering the specific calculation model,the specific construction measures are analyzed in detail from the aspects of composite silicate insulation mortar,solar power generation,inverted roof,installation of plastic steel doors and windows,rainwater collection system,etc. The new green energy-saving technology is helpful to change the traditional construction mode,optimize the details of building design scheme,improve the construction efficiency and quality,give full play to the application value,and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of housing construction.
