装配式建筑钢筋套筒灌浆智能化施工质量检测技术研究

装配式建筑钢筋套筒灌浆施工技术比较复杂,如果施工操作不规范,很容易出现灌浆饱满度不足的问题,从而影响预制构件连接质量,产生安全隐患。文章研究了装配式建筑钢筋套筒灌浆智能化施工质量检测技术,在明确钢筋套筒灌浆施工工艺和质量影响因素的基础上,分析了主要缺陷类型和常规检测方法。从技术创新应用的角度出发,研究了基于微型阻尼振动传感器、植入式智能压电微骨料、视频图像智能识别系统的智能化检测技术。通过融合理论与实践、宏观与微观,提高装配式建筑钢筋套筒灌浆施工质量。
Research on Intelligent Construction Quality Inspection Technology for Reinforcement Sleeve Grouting in Prefabricated Building
The grouting construction technology for reinforcement sleeve grouting in prefabricated building is relatively complex. If the construction operation is not standardized,it is easy to encounter the problem of insufficient grouting fullness,which affects the connection quality of prefabricated components and poses safety hazards. The paper studies the intelligent construction quality inspection technology of reinforcement sleeve grouting in prefabricated building. Based on the clarification of the construction process and quality influencing factors of reinforcement sleeve grouting,it analyzes the main defect types and conventional detection methods. From the perspective of technological innovation and application,it studies the intelligent detection technology based on micro-damping vibration sensors,implanted intelligent piezoelectric micro-aggregates,and video image intelligent recognition system. By integrating theory and practice,macro and micro,the construction quality of reinforcement sleeve grouting in prefabricated building is improved.
