With the development and progress of technology,BIM technology is also playing an increasingly important role in the building intelligentization industry. Starting from the characteristics of building intelligentization projects,this paper analyzes and expounds the application of BIM technology in collaborative work,schedule and cost control,quality management,and intelligent equipment installation. Through the analysis of specific projects,the practical application effects of BIM technology are demonstrated,and the challenges and countermeasures of BIM technology in building intelligentization projects are proposed,in order to provide a reference for the management and practice of BIM in the construction stage of building intelligentization.
