摘要

高原山区风电项目具有独特的地形条件以及避让敏感对象及重要环境敏感区的要求,因此,梳理项目实施管控要点的意义重大.本研究旨在通过系统分析运输道路、风机基础施工、风机吊装、升压站及集电线路施工等方面的技术要求及管控要点,提出针对性的策略与建议,为行业实践提供理论支撑与实践指导.

Abstract

Due to its unique terrain conditions and the requirement to avoid sensitive objects and important environmentally sensitive areas of plateau and mountain wind power projects,it is of great significance to sort out the key points of project implementation control. This study aims to systematically analyze the technical requirements and control points of transportation roads,wind turbine foundation construction,wind turbine hoisting,booster stations,and collector line construction,and propose targeted strategies and suggestions to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for industry practice.
