The paper studies the functional requirements and implementation scheme of the smart municipal tunnel,and on the basis of mastering the functional requirements of intelligent municipal tunnel in the management of new municipal tunnel project and the importance of implementation plan,it analyzes the functional requirements of smart municipal tunnel from the aspects of smart construction objectives,real-time monitoring and early warning functions,equipment monitoring and maintenance functions,environmental monitoring and regulation functions. At the same time,it emphasizes the principle of intelligent construction of new tunnels,as well as specific implementation plans of configuration scheme suggestions and so on,and helps to improve tunnel safety by exploring the functional requirements of smart municipal tunnels,reduce the probability of accidents from the source,and promote the sustainable development of the municipal tunnel engineering industry.
