鉴于逻辑回归分析算法的特点,文章提出了基于振动信号分析的地铁大功率风机及水泵智能运维技术研究的算法及数学模型,通过分析振动信号,对风机及水泵的常见典型故障进行分类汇总,建立智能故障诊断模型。诊断结果表明该算法具有较高的准确率,减少了人为主观判断的干扰,提升了诊断精度,实现了风机及水泵状态的自动识别和预测,提升了设备的智能运维水平。
Research on Intelligent Operation and Maintenance of Subway Fan and Water Pump Based on Logistic Regression Classification Algorithm
In view of the characteristics of the logistic regression analysis algorithm,this paper proposes an algorithm and mathematical model for the intelligent operation and maintenance technology of high-power subway fans and water pumps based on vibration signal analysis. By analyzing vibration signals,the common typical faults of fans and water pumps are classified and summarized,and an intelligent fault diagnosis model is established. The diagnostic results show that the algorithm has high accuracy,reduces the interference of human subjective judgment,improves diagnostic accuracy,realizes automatic identification and prediction of fan and water pump status,and improves the intelligent operation and maintenance level of the equipment.
