非晶态电热智能融冰系统在桥梁工程中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Amorphous Electrothermal Intelligent Ice Melting System in Bridge Engineering
This paper mainly introduces the application of an amorphous ice melting system (utility model patent number:ZL201720047938.8) in bridge engineering. The implementation of the application includes four stages:comprehensive design of the bridge floor amorphous heating system,equipment procurement,construction and installation,and trial operation of the start-up system. The system can automatically sense the temperature of the bridge deck or the surrounding environment through the road temperature sensor or ice and snow sensor,and compare it with the manually set starting temperature value,so as to automatically turn on the bridge deck heating system,so that the bridge floor temperature of 0℃ and below will rise in a short time,achieve the purpose of melting ice and snow,and ensure the safety of pedestrians and vehicles on the bridge floor. The application of the technology in the Shanyin Road Bridge reflects an attempt to integrate the concept of "smart city" into new projects,and also provides a green solution for future pavement temperature control of road and bridge.
