文章探讨了BIM技术在地铁工程规划设计中的应用,包括用材明细输出、项目协同设计、二维图纸输出及全面的设计规划。应用BIM系统可直接获取材料规格、数量和单价,优化项目采购、成本核算与造价管理。在项目协同设计方面,实现多终端信息文件共享,提高设计信息的通畅性和修正的准确性。自动输出二维图纸,可减少技术人员的重复绘图,提高施工精确性。最后,运用BIM技术开展全面设计工作,全面考虑待建站点周边建筑和地下管线的影响,有利于优化地铁站点的选址和设计。研究结果表明,在地铁工程设计中应用BIM技术,可提高工作效率,减少设计错误,提升设计质量。
Analysis of Fine Building Design for Subway Based on BIM Technology
This study explores the application of BIM technology in subway engineering planning and design,including material detail output,project collaborative design,2D drawing output,and comprehensive design planning. The application of BIM system can directly pull material specifications,quantities and unit prices,optimize project procurement,cost accounting and cost management. In project collaborative design,multi-terminal information file sharing can be realized to improve the smoothness of design information and the accuracy of correction. Automatically outputting 2D drawings can reduce repetitive drawing by technical personnel and improve construction accuracy. Finally,using BIM technology to carry out comprehensive design work,and comprehensively consider the impact of the surrounding buildings and underground pipelines on the station that to be built,are beneficial for optimizing the site selection and design of subway stations. The research results indicate that applying BIM technology in subway engineering design can improve work efficiency,reduce design errors,and improve design quality.
