箱式装配式是由工厂预先制造模块,通过交通工具运送到工地现场进行组装.这种新型结构体系将传统钢筋混凝土框架结构和钢结构结合起来,可以满足"大跨"或大空间的要求,也为未来大规模发展大型公共建筑提供了可能.文章以东海实验小学改扩建工程实践为背景,探讨了箱式装配式模块化建筑在学校项目上的尝试.
Abstract
Box-type assembly is a module pre-manufactured by factories,which is transported to the construction site for assembly using transportation vehicles of box-type assembly modulars. This new structural system combines traditional reinforced concrete frame structures with steel structures,which can meet the requirements of "large-span" or large space,and also provides the possibility for the large-scale development of large public buildings in the future. Based on the practice of the renovation and expansion project of Donghai Experimental Primary School,this article explores the attempt of box-type assembly modular buildings in the school project.
