文章对工业上楼产业模式下的空间规划设计要点进行了深入分析.研究发现通过合理进行空间布局、加强生产与办公空间融合、注重节能和资源利用、充分利用垂直空间等措施,可以使工业上楼产业模式更加适应城市发展,推动城市产业结构的优化升级,实现经济和社会效益的良性互动.
Abstract
This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the key points in spatial planning and design under the Industry's Going Upstairs (IGU). The research finds that through reasonable spatial layout,strengthening the integration of production and office spaces,focusing on energy conservation and resource utilization,and fully utilizing vertical space,the industrial building-up model can better adapt to urban development. This approach promotes the optimization and upgrading of urban industrial structures and achieves a positive interaction between economic and social benefits.
