文章以深圳市新桥东片区重点城市更新单元一期项目为例,首先介绍项目的背景和概况,然后详细阐述BIM、CIM技术在项目中的应用策划和实施过程,包括设计阶段的协同工作、施工阶段的深化应用,以及运维阶段的智慧管理.最后将总结BIM、CIM技术应用的实际效果,反思在实施过程中遇到的挑战和问题,并对未来的发展趋势和应用前景进行展望.通过项目实际应用,希望能够为行业内其他类似项目提供参考和借鉴,共同推动数字化技术在建筑领域的深入应用和创新发展.
Abstract
Taking the Phase I project of the key urban renewal unit in Xinqiao East District of Shenzhen as an example,this paper first introduces the background and overview of the project,then elaborates on the application planning and implementation process of BIM and CIM technologies in the project,including collaborative work in the design phase,in-depth application in the construction phase,and intelligent management in the operation and maintenance phase. Finally,it summarizes the practical effects of the application of BIM and CIM technology,reflects on the challenges and issues encountered during the implementation process,and looks forward to the future development trends and application prospects. Through the practical application of the project,it is hoped to provide references and lessons for other similar projects in the industry,and jointly promote the in-depth application and innovative development of digital technology in the field of construction.
