Abstract
This paper deeply analyzes the connotation and characteristics of BIM technology,and emphatically expounds its extensive application in smart cities and intelligent industrial plants,as well as the positive impacts and progress it brings. At the same time,it objectively points out the problems existing in the wide application of BIM and the points that need to be improved,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Through the analysis of actual cases and multiple data comparisons,it provides a strong basis for the further promotion and improvement of BIM technology.
