随着中国城市化进程的快速进展,公共建筑能耗问题日益凸显,尤其是空调系统作为公共建筑能耗大户,其节能管理系统的重要性越来越凸显,对建筑中央空调有很多节能控制方案,但对诸多品牌的分体空调还没有能进行遥测、遥控的节能控制系统。独立空调集控节能技术通过实时监测与数据分析,为建筑管理者提供了精准的空调能耗信息与碳排放数据,助力其制定并实施节能减排策略,提高能源利用效率,降低能耗成本,从而实现了能源的优化配置与协同增效。为民用建筑碳达峰、碳中和目标的实现提供了强有力的技术支持。
Brief Analysis on the Application of Centralized Control Energy-Saving Technology of Independent Air-Conditioning in Public Buildings in Carbon Peak Actions
With the rapid urbanization process in China,the issue of energy consumption in public buildings has become increasingly prominent. Especially,air-conditioning systems,as major energy consumers in public buildings,have increasingly highlighted the importance of their energy-saving management systems. There are many energy-saving control schemes for building central air-conditioning,but for split air-conditioning units of various brands,there is still no energy-saving control system that can carry out telemetry and remote control. Through real-time monitoring and data analysis,the centralized control energy-saving technology of independent air-conditioning provides building managers with accurate air-conditioning energy consumption information and carbon emission data,helping them to formulate and implement energy-saving and emission-reduction strategies,enhance energy utilization efficiency,and reduce energy consumption costs,and thus realize optimal energy allocation and synergistic efficiency enhancement. It provides strong technical support for the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals in civil buildings.
