随着新能源汽车的普及,如何建成技术全球领先,场景多元覆盖的超充设施服务体系,推进"电力充储放一张网"电力需求,调配互动机制日益迫切。如何加快形成企业、技术、场景等生态优势,到2025年形成"车能路云"深度融合发展的产业生态,助力中国产品和服务开拓国内外市场,推动中国新能源汽车产供销内外贸一体化高质量发展,打造世界一流的"超充模式",助力实现碳达峰碳中和目标,是目前需要解决的问题。未来,中国还将全面考虑各类型新能源超充车型规模和充电场景,合理规划超充设施空间布局,提升超充设施覆盖率,提高充电便捷度和设施利用率,优先在中心城区建成"1公里超充圈""一杯咖啡,满电出发"。作为超充站建设大电流供配电的大电流柔性母线将发挥重要作用。
Research and Development of High Current Flexible Busbar and the Application in New Energy Ultra-fast Charging Stations
With the popularity of new energy vehicles,how to build a ultra-fast charging facility service system with global leading technology and multiple coverage of scenes,and promote the power demand of "power storage and release network",the deployment of interactive mechanisms is becoming increasingly urgent. How to speed up the formation of ecological advantages in enterprises,technologies and scenes,and form an industrial ecology with deep integration and development of "vehicle,energy,road,and cloud" by 2025,to help Chinese products and services explore domestic and foreign markets,promote the high-quality development of domestic and foreign trade integration of China's new energy vehicle production,supply and marketing,create a world-class "ultra-fast charging mode",and help achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,is the problem that needs to be solved now. In the future,China will also comprehensively consider the scale of various types of new energy ultra-fast charging vehicles and charging scenarios,plan the spatial layout of ultra-fast charging facilities reasonably,improve the coverage rate of ultra-fast charging facilities,increase the convenience of charging and utilization rate of charging facilities,and prioritize the construction of "1km ultra-fast charging circles" in urban areas and "cup of coffee,full charge start" in the central urban area. The high-current flexible busbar used in the construction of ultra-fast charging stations for high current power supply and distribution will play an important role.
