文章通过与在绿色建筑领域有所专长的房企深度合作,介入大湾区某高层商住项目的建筑设计,从项目实际情况入手,运用科学的设计手段,既平衡了城市形象与经济效益,又能使相关绿色建筑手段在规划与单体设计中落实到建筑中,从而达到理想的绿色节能效应.
Abstract
Through deep cooperation with real estate companies with expertise in the field of green building,we have been involved in the architectural design of a high-rise commercial and residential project in the Greater Bay Area. Starting from the actual situation of the project,we have used scientific design methods to balance the economic benefits required by the urban image and requirements,while also implementing relevant green building measures in the planning and individual design of the building carrier,thus achieving the ideal green and energy-saving effect.
