摘要

文章从规范的角度阐述民用建筑能耗的计算方法,通过往年各功能建筑实际能耗数据进行对比得出较为合理的方法,运用到实际工程中,民用建筑屋面铺设的光伏板面积与绿色建筑星级得分策略中的可再生能源中的发电量相关,通过简单的计算表格快速计算出建筑物的年耗电量,判断所需光伏板的面积及对建筑屋面的影响,是否满足绿建的得分要求,对绿色建筑的贡献度等.

Abstract

This paper expounds the calculation method of energy consumption of civil buildings from a normative perspective,and compare the actual energy consumption data of various functional buildings in previous years to obtain a more reasonable method for the application in practical engineering. The photovoltaic panel area laid on the roof of civil buildings is related to the power generation capacity of renewable energy in the green building star scoring strategy. It quickly calculates the annual electricity consumption of buildings through a simple calculation table,and determines the required area of photovoltaic panels and their impact on building roofs,whether they meet the score requirements of green buildings,and their contribution to green buildings.
