Abstract
This article discusses the application of the converged communication system in the district emergency command center,integrates a variety of communication technologies and networks,realizes the comprehensive interconnection,cross-platform,smooth and seamless communication experience,and realizes the unified command and dispatch of the emergency command center. This article by discussing the converged communication system logic architecture and the overall technical architecture,expounds the technical characteristics,application and advantages,and through the successful cases of the district emergency command platform technical analysis,realize the provincial,city,and county level 3 linkage,realize comprehensive integration of communication command,improve the emergency command monitoring and early warning decision is scientific and efficient,provide powerful guarantee to deal with all kinds of emergency situation.
