Research on the Selection of Electricity Consumption Modes in the Initial Use of Public Construction Projects——Optimization Analysis of Power System Consumption in Pingshan Yanzi Lake Internation Convention and Exhibition Center
China's large industrial electricity adopts a two-part tariff system, namely basic electricity tariff and electricity tariff. The electricity bill of enterprises consists of basic electricity tariff and electricity tariffs. The basic electricity tariff is related to the capacity of the enterprise transformer and the billing method of the basic electricity tariff, while the electricity tariff is related to the electricity consumption of the enterprise. This study deeply studies the impact of the choice of electricity mode in the initial stage of public construction project on the electricity cost of the project. Under the current general trend of energy conservation, emission reduction, cost reduction and efficiency increase, according to the electricity consumption regulations and billing methods of China Southern Power Grid, through the analysis of energy consumption data of the power system of the project,it provides strong support for new construction management requirements such as green carbon reduction and high-quality development. In this study,a specific project was selected as the research sample, and the peak-to-valley flat electricity fee was calculated and compared in detail according to the configuration of the transformer of the project, the load rate of the actual operation of the power system, and the charging method and billing standard of China Southern Power Grid. Through the specific practice of the optimization scheme in the project, the research results are fully demonstrated. For public construction projects with low transformer load rate in the early stage of the project, the high-demand electricity consumption method is adopted, which can effectively realize the reduction of the project's electricity cost.
