Response of the physiologic characteristics of Pinus massoniana seedlings to different fertilizer treatments
Seven kinds of fertilizer treatment were set up.A pot experiment was done to cultivate Pinus massoniana seedlings. The physiological characteristics of seedlings were studied after one year under different fertilizer treatments. As the results show: the contents of chlorophyll-a were the highest under applied N, K fertilizer. It was 0.96 and 1.10 mg · g-1 respectively. The values of chlorophyll-a/b were the maximum, being 9.18 and 9.51.The activity of nitrate reductase under N, NK treatments were the highest, being 104.56 and 98.58 μg · g-1 · h-1 respectively. The following one was P treatment, and the CK was the lowest. The acid phosphatase in needles and roots secretion was the highest under the applied P fertilizer treatment, and following one was NPK mixture treatment. The lowest treatment was NK, and was lower than the CK significantly. The correlation analysis showed that the enzyme of acid phosphatase and the content of chlorophyll there existed a positive extramarked relation.
