摘要

用GC/MS法对黄褐毛忍冬不同贮藏期(1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月)挥发油化学成分进行了比较分析.结果表明,从不同贮藏期挥发油中分别分离出52、49、41、36种挥发性成分,共确定出92种化合物;并用峰面积归一化法测量了各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量.本研究在忍冬属植物挥发油中检测出邻甲苯异腈;随着贮藏时间的增加,醇类物质的含量逐渐减少,而酸类物质的含量逐渐增加;L芳樟醇、α-松油醇、β-大马酮、棕榈酸甲酯等为不同贮藏期的共有成分,但其含量大小存在明显差异.

Abstract

The chemical constituents of essential oil from L. Fulvotomentosa in different storage periods (one month, three months, six months and twelve months) were compared and analyzed by means of GC/MS. The results show that 52,49,41,36 kinds of chemical constituents were extracted respectively from different storage periods, and 92 kinds of chemical compounds were identified The relative contents of every chemical constituent in each essential oil were obtained by area normalization method Otolyl isocyanide was detected firstly from essential oil of Lonice-ra. As time delaying, the relative contents of alcohol substance were gradually diminished, but the acid substances s increased L-linalool, a-terpineol, β-damascenone, methyl palmitate were the common compositions in different storage periods, however, the differences of the relative contents were obvious.
