Technical links of tissue culture seedlings of Populus yunnanensis in transplanting process were investigated. The results show that the survival rate of transplanted tissue culture seedlings was evidently increased after the seedlings were pre-treatmented before transplanting; Both chemical sterilization and high temperature sterilization of seedling' s medium were effective methods fow-raising the survival rate of transplanted tissue culture seedlings. The medium mixed with humus, fine sand and vermiculite (the radio was 1∶1∶1 )was the best suitable medium of 7 mediums of Populus yunnanensis seedling.
