铅锌超富集植物及耐性植物筛选研究进展

目前利用重金属超富集植物的提取作用从污染土壤中去除重金属被认为是最有前途的重金属污染土壤修复技术之一.本研究从植物修复作用机理入手,分析了超富集植物和耐性植物的特点与解毒机制,列出了Pb-Zn超富集植物种类,最后分析了Pb-Zn植物筛选中存在的问题,并对超富集植物的筛选和植物修复工作研究进行了展望,旨在为重金属铅锌超富集植物和耐性植物筛选研究提供技术参考.
Research advances on screening of hyperaccumulator and tolerant plant species of Pb-Zn
Phytoremediation, a remediation technology using the extracting effect of hyperaccumulator of heavy metal to remove contamination from polluted soil, has currently become one of the most promising research field. Starting with mechanism of phytoremediation effect, the characteristics and detoxification mechanism of hyperaccumulator and tolerant plants and listed species of hyperaccumlators of Pb-Zn was analyzed. Finally, the existing problems in screening of Pb-Zn plants were analyzed, and the research on screening and phytoremediation of hyperaccumulator was prospected. All of above should be conducted in order to offer technical reference for screening of hyperaccumulator and tolerant plant species of Pb-Zn.
