桐油主要脂肪酸定量分析方法的构建及其应用

以十五烷酸甲酯为内标物,建立了通过气相色谱仪定量分析桐油中6种脂肪酸含量的方法,并利用所建立的方法对湖北金丝、景阳桐油的脂肪酸组成进行分析。结果表明:各脂肪酸甲酯工作曲线线性相关性R2在0.979以上,回收率为98.9%~104.5%,RSD值为4.6%~7.3%;2种品种桐油中都含有棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、α-桐酸,其中金丝桐油中含量分别为0.018、0.019、0.071、0.069、0.003、0.729 g/g,景阳桐油中含量分别为0.021、0.022、0.054、0.070、0.002、0.585 g/g,金丝桐油中α-桐酸含量高于景阳桐油。
Study and application of quantitative analysis of fatty acid of tung oil
The quantitative analysis methods of fatty acids, i.e. C16:0, C18, C18:1-9c, C18:2-9c12c, C18:3-9c12c15c, C18:3-9z11e13e in Chinese tung oils were developed by gas chromatography using methyl pentadecanoate as the internal standard. Then, two Chinese tung oils from Jingyang and Jinsi cultivars were analyzed by the methods. The results show that the correlation coefficients (R2) of all the linear regression equations of fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) of above fatty acid standards were higher than 0.979;the recoveries were from 98.9%to 104.5%, the RSDs were from 4.6%to 7.3%;the fatty acid contents of Jingyang and Jinsi tung oils were 0.021, 0.022, 0.054, 0.070, 0.002, 0.585 g/g and 0.018, 0.019g, 0.071, 0.069, 0.003, 0.729 g/g of C16:0, C18, C18:1-9c, C18:2-9c12c, C18:3-9c12c15c, C18:3-9z11e13e, respectively, measured with the method, the content of C18:3-9z11e13e of Jinsi tung oil was higher than that of Jingyang tung oil, which means that Jinsi tung oil has a better quality.
