不同杨树品种苗期对镉胁迫的差异性分析

[目的]通过模拟Cd胁迫的方法,研究不同杨树品种在Cd胁迫方面的差异,筛选出对重金属Cd具有高耐受性的品种,为杨树修复重金属污染土壤提供理论基础。[方法]采用模拟Cd胁迫的方法对6 个杨树品种进行盆栽试验,分别测定其生长量、不同器官生物量及Cd2+含量等10 个指标,利用各指标的隶属度值及权重计算综合指数以评价不同品种抗Cd胁迫的能力。[结果]苗高和地径随着Cd2+处理浓度增加呈下降趋势,与地径相比,苗高性状对Cd胁迫更为敏感。通过对比不同品种根生物量均值发现,辽宁杨、中辽 1 号杨、渤丰 1号杨排在前 3 位。不同品种茎生物量、叶生物量及总生物量均随着Cd2+浓度的增加呈先增加后减少的趋势,分析发现中辽 1 号杨、新林 1 号杨、渤丰 1 号杨的茎生物量排在前 3 位,中辽 1 号杨、辽宁杨、渤丰 1 号杨的叶生物量排在前 3 位,中辽 1 号杨、辽宁杨、新林 1 号的总生物量排在前 3 位。各品种根中、茎中、叶片中Cd2+含量及总Cd2+含量均是随着Cd2+处理浓度增加而增加,在最高Cd2+处理浓度下,中绥 12 杨、渤丰 1 号杨、新林 1 号杨中根中Cd2+含量、茎中Cd2+含量较对照增长率排在前 3 位;中绥 12 杨、新林 1 号杨、中辽 1 号杨叶片中Cd2+含量较对照增长率排在前 3 位;中绥 12 杨、新林 1 号杨、渤丰 1 号杨中总Cd2+含量较对照增长率排在前 3 位。[结论]根据综合指数的大小得出抗Cd能力强弱排序为中辽 1 号杨、辽宁杨、渤丰 1 号杨、新林 1号杨、中绥 12 杨和银中杨,中辽 1 号杨、辽宁杨、渤丰 1 号杨、新林 1 号杨表现出较好的抗Cd胁迫能力,其中中辽1号杨更是达到0。955 2,因此在其适生区域可用于修复重金属镉污染的土壤。
Differential responses of poplar cultivars to cadmium stress at seedling stage
[Objective]By simulating Cd stress,the differences in Cd stress among different poplar cultivars were explored,and cultivars with strong tolerance to heavy metal Cd were selected to provide theoretical basis for poplar remediation of heavy metal contaminated soil.[Method]A pot experiment was conducted on 6 poplar cultivars using the method of simulating Cd stress,and 10 indicators including growth,biomass of different organs and Cd2+content were measured.The comprehensive index was calculated using the membership value and weight of each indicator to evaluate the ability of different cultivars to resist Cd stress.[Result]The seedling height and ground diameter showed a decreasing trend with the increase of Cd2+ concentration,the seedling height trait was more sensitive than ground diameter to Cd stress.By comparing the mean root biomass of different cultivars,it was found that Populas×liaoningensis,P.×euramericana'Zhongliao1'and P.×euramericana'Bofeng1'ranked in the top three.The stem biomass,leaf biomass and total biomass of different cultivars showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with the increase of Cd2+ concentration.Analysis showed that the stem biomass of P.×euramericana'Zhongliao1',P.cathayana×canadensis'Xinlin1'and P.×euramericana'Bofeng1'ranked in the top three,while the leaf biomass of P.×euramericana'Zhongliao1',P.×liaoningensis and P.×euramericana'Bofeng1'were in the top three,and the total biomass of P.×euramericana'Zhongliao1',P.×liaoningensis and P.cathayana×canadensis'Xinlin1'ranked in the top three.The Cd2+ content in the roots,stems,leaves and total Cd2+ content of each cultivar increased with the increase of Cd2+ concentration.At the highest Cd2+ treatment concentration,the Cd2+ content in the roots and stems of P.deltoides×(P.nigra var.thevestina×P.nigra),P.×euramericana'Bofeng1'and P.cathayana×canadensis'Xinlin1'ranked among the top three in terms of growth rate compared to the control;The growth rate of Cd2+ content in leaves of P.deltoides×(P.nigra var.thevestina×P.nigra),P.cathayana×canadensis'Xinlin1'and P.×euramericana'Zhongliao1'ranks in the top three compared to the control;The total Cd2+ content of P.deltoides×(P.nigra var.thevestina×P.nigra),P.cathayana×canadensis'Xinlin1'and P.×euramericana'Bofeng1'ranks among the top three with a growth rate compared to the control.[Conclusion]According to the size of the comprehensive index,the order of resistance to Cd stress is P.×euramericana'Zhongliao1',P.×liaoningensis,P.×euramericana'Bofeng1',P.cathayana×canadensis'Xinlin 1',P.deltoides×(P.nigra var.thevestina×P.nigra)and P.alba×P.berolinensis.P.×euramericana'Zhongliao1',P.×liaoningensis,P.×euramericana'Bofeng1'and P.cathayana×canadensis'Xinlin 1'show good resistance to Cd stress,with P.×euramericana'Zhongliao1'reaching 0.955 2,so they can be used to repair heavy metal cadmium contaminated soil in their suitable areas.
