家具供应链碳减排的影响因素

[目的]家具作为木材供应链的终端产品积累了最主要的碳流,为减轻家具制造业高污染环节对环境造成的极大负担,分析家具供应链碳减排的关键影响因素,构建家具供应链碳减排影响因素结构层次模型,为推动家具产业降碳减排提供决策支持。[方法]运用文献研究法筛选家具供应链碳减排关键影响因素,运用决策实验室方法和解释结构模型组合方法开展影响因素分析,分析各影响因素之间关联,确定影响因素层级。[结果]1)低碳能源供给、低碳材料供给、低碳设备供给、低碳生产技术位于家具供应链碳减排影响因素结构层次模型第一层,为直接影响因素,对家具供应链碳减排产生直接影响。2)政府技术补贴、低碳运输位于家具供应链碳减排影响因素结构层次模型第二层,低碳产品设计、低碳产品促销、回收策略、低碳包装位于结构层次第三层,均为中间影响因素,通过影响直接因素间接对家具供应链碳减排产生影响。3)低碳产品宣传、低碳产品偏好、消费补贴、回收渠道建设位于家具供应链碳减排影响因素结构层次模型第四层,为深层影响因素,对家具供应链碳减排产生根本影响。[结论]家具供应链涉及众多行业,碳减排不止受到单一因素作用,需从供应链整体视角综合考虑供应链碳减排措施。建议从家具供应链碳减排影响因素深层因素入手,构建再制造闭环供应链运作模式,优化废弃家具回收渠道。同时推动家具供应链间协同减排,构建供应链降碳协调契约,引入区块链等降碳新技术,推动家具供应链绿色高效发展。
Factors influencing carbon emission reduction in furniture supply chain
[Objective]Furniture,as the end product of the wood supply chain,has accumulated the most important carbon flow.In order to reduce the great burden on the environment caused by the high pollution link of the furniture manufacturing industry,the key influencing factors of carbon emission reduction in the furniture supply chain were analyzed,and the structural level model of influencing factors of carbon emission reduction in the furniture supply chain was constructed,so as to provide decision support for promoting carbon emission reduction in the furniture industry.[Method]The key influencing factors of carbon emission reduction in furniture supply chain were screened by literature research method,and the influencing factors were analyzed by combining decision and laboratory method and interpretive structure model to analyze the correlation among the influencing factors and determine the level of influencing factors.[Result]1)Low carbon energy supply,low carbon material supply,low carbon equipment supply and low carbon production technology level were located in the first layer of the structural hierarchy model of carbon emission reduction influencing factors of furniture supply chain,which were direct influencing factors and had a direct impact on carbon emission reduction of furniture supply chain.2)Government technology subsidies and low-carbon transportation were located at the second layer of the structural hierarchy model of influencing factors of carbon emission reduction in the furniture supply chain,while low-carbon product design,low-carbon product promotion,recycling strategy and low-carbon packaging were located at the third layer of the structural hierarchy,all of which were intermediate influencing factors and indirectly affected the carbon emission reduction of the furniture supply chain through influencing direct factors.3)Low-carbon product publicity,low-carbon product preference,consumption subsidies and recycling channel construction were located in the fourth layer of the structural hierarchy model of the carbon emission reduction influencing factors of the furniture supply chain,which were deep influencing factors and had a fundamental impact on the carbon emission reduction of the furniture supply chain.[Conclusion]The furniture supply chain involves many industries,and carbon emission reduction is influenced by more than a single factor.It is necessary to comprehensively consider the carbon emission reduction measures of the supply chain from the perspective of the whole supply chain.It is suggested to start with the deep factors affecting the carbon emission reduction of the furniture supply chain,construct the operation mode of the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain,optimize the recycling channels of waste furniture,and promote the collaborative emission reduction among the furniture supply chain,build the supply chain carbon reduction coordination contract,introduce new carbon reduction technologies such as block chain,and promote the green and efficient development of the furniture supply chain.
