不同基质配比对木荚红豆容器苗生长及生理特性的影响

[目的]筛选适宜木荚红豆容器育苗生长的基质配方,为培育优质的木荚红豆的容器育苗提供参考依据。[方法]采用单因素完全随机区组设计,以泥炭、椰糠、珍珠岩、蛭石、塘泥为基质原料,按体积比共配置成 7 种基质对木荚红豆进行容器育苗试验,测定不同基质配比的理化性质,分析各配比基质对木荚红豆容器苗生长及生理指标的影响,并采用隶属函数对苗木质量进行综合评价。[结果]不同基质配比的理化性质差异显著,7 组基质的容重范围在 0。14~0。44 g·cm-3 之间,其中T6 处理的基质容重最大,T3 处理最小。T6 处理的碱解氮含量最高,为276。75 mg·kg-1。不同配比基质培育的木荚红豆容器苗生长差异显著,T6 处理的木荚红豆容器苗的苗高、地径、根系生长、生物量、硝态氮、总叶绿素含量及光合参数等指标最优,T5 次之。相关性分析表明,基质容重和碱解氮与木荚红豆容器苗苗高、地径、地下生物量和硝态氮等指标呈显著正相关(P<0。05)。本研究对木荚红豆容器苗的生长及生理等 14 项指标进行隶属函数综合评价表明,T6 的隶属函数值排名第一。[结论]T6(泥炭∶蛭石∶塘泥=1∶1∶1)基质配方容重较大,黏结性好,具有良好的保水保肥能力;且其氮素含量高,利于叶绿素和光合作用酶的合成,增强光合能力,故而是培育木荚红豆容器育苗的理想基质。
Effects of different substrate ratios on physiological characteristics of Ormosia xylocarpa container seedlings
[Objective]The matrix formula suitable for container seedling growth of Ormosia xylocarpa was screened to provide reference for cultivating high-quality container seedling of O.xylocarpa.[Method]A single factor completely randomized block design was used.Peat,coconut chaff,perlite,vermiculite and pond mud were used as matrix materials,and 7 kinds of substrates were configured according to the volume ratio to carry out container seedling raising test on O.xylocarpa.The physical and chemical properties of different matrix ratios were determined,and the effects of different matrix ratios on the growth and physiological indexes of O.xylocarpa container seedlings were analyzed.The membership function was used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of seedlings.[Result]The physical and chemical properties of different substrate ratios were significantly different.The bulk density of the 7 groups of substrates ranged from 0.14 to 0.44 g·cm-3,among which the bulk density of the T6 treatment was the largest and the T3 treatment was the smallest.The alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content of T6 treatment was the highest,which was 276.75 mg·kg-1.There were significant differences in the growth of O.xylocarpa container seedlings cultivated with different ratios of substrates.The seedling height,ground diameter,root growth,biomass,nitrate nitrogen,chlorophyll content and photosynthetic parameters of O.xylocarpa container seedlings treated with T6 were the best,followed by T5.Correlation analysis showed that substrate bulk density and alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen were significantly positively correlated with seedling height,ground diameter,underground biomass and nitrate nitrogen(P<0.05).The comprehensive evaluation of the membership function of 14 indexes such as the growth and physiology of the container seedlings of O.xylocarpa showed that the membership function value of T6 ranked the first.[Conclusion]T6(peat∶vermiculite∶pond mud=1∶1∶1)matrix formula has large bulk density,good cohesiveness,and good water and fertilizer retention capacity;its high nitrogen content is conducive to the synthesis of chlorophyll and photosynthetic enzymes,and enhances photosynthetic capacity.Therefore,it is an ideal substrate for cultivating the container seedling of O.xylocarpa.
