Influencing factors of farmers'participation in agricultural waste resource utilization
[Objective]Farmers'participation in the recycling of agricultural wastes is of great significance for promoting the construction of green villages and realizing the rural revitalization strategy.Exploring the influencing factors of the recycling of agricultural wastes can promote farmers'enthusiasm for recycling agricultural wastes and provide reference for promoting their sustainable development.[Method]Based on the theory of planned behavior,this paper constructed a theoretical model of the influence of farmers'cognition on agricultural waste resource utilization on their behavior response.Based on 500 questionnaires of farmers'resource utilization behavior,this paper made an empirical analysis by using structural equation model,constructs an index system of agricultural waste resource utilization behavior from three dimensions:behavior attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavior control,and further investigates the influencing factors of agricultural waste resource utilization behavior.[Result]The behavior attitude,subjective norm and perceived behavior control of farmers'resource utilization cognition had significant direct and positive effects on their behavior response,while subjective norm and perceived behavior control had indirect and positive effects on their behavior response through the mediation of behavior attitude.The comprehensive influence path coefficients of the three dimensions of farmers'cognition of resource utilization on their behavior response were,from large to small,perceptual behavior control(0.378),subjective norm(0.238)and behavior attitude(0.182).Farmers'cognition of agricultural waste resource utilization in different scales and different terrain areas had heterogeneous effects on behavior response,that is,scale and terrain areas had regulatory effects.[Conclusion]In order to realize further resource utilization,it is necessary to promote the normalization of farmers'participation in technical training and guidance of agricultural waste resource utilization,strengthen farmers'behavior control ability in agricultural waste resource utilization,strengthen information infrastructure construction in mountainous areas,smooth information dissemination,innovate media means,promote digital management,promote the full coverage of farmers'participation in agricultural waste resource utilization support policies,and implement key assistance and support for small-scale farmers.
