林草综合监测中森林资源主要指标精度计算方法研究

林草生态综合监测中森林资源主要指标的精度问题一直备受关注.以需求为导向,对森林资源主要指标的精度计算方法进行了研究,提出了计算10项主要储量指标抽样误差的具体算法,还对3项主要面积指标的误差估计进行了探讨.结果表明:基于回归抽样理论提出的联合估计方法,可作为过渡期内产出统计结果的基本方法;在联合估计中不同权重赋值方案对抽样精度的影响很小,可以考虑采用最简单的等权估计方案;基于指标之间相互关联性提出的10项主要储量指标抽样精度的具体算法,在林草综合监测应用中具有现实可行性;森林面积及天然林、人工林面积的精度,也可以通过估计总蓄积量及单位面积蓄积量的误差,进而基于误差传播定律进行近似估计.
Study on the Methods of Precision Calculation of Major Forest Resources Indexes in the Forest and Grassland Comprehensive Monitoring
The precision of the major forest resources indexes in the comprehensive monitoring of forest and grassland has always attracted much attention.According to the demand orientation,the methods for estimating the precision of major forest resource indexes were studied,the specific algorithms for calculating sampling er-rors of ten main forest stock indexes were proposed,and the estimation errors of three main area indexes were also discussed.The results were as follows:The joint estimation method based on regression sampling theory can be used as the basic method for producing statistic results during the transition period;different weight as-signment alternatives have little effect on sampling accuracy in joint estimation,so the simplest equal-weight es-timation can be considered;the specific algorithms for calculating sampling accuracy of ten main forest stock in-dexes based on the correlation between the indexes,are feasible in the application of forest and grassland com-prehensive monitoring;the precision of forest area,natural forest area and planted artificial forest area can also be approximately estimated,based on the error propagation law,by combining the errors of total volume and volume per unit area.
