Analysis of the Relationship between Forest Land Management and Ecological Conservation Red Line Control in Guangxi
Forest land management and ecological conservation red lines are related to national ecological secu-rity and ecological civilization construction.Studying the relationship between forest land management and eco-logical conservation red line control is beneficial for ensuring national ecological security and forming a good de-velopment and utilization spatial pattern.GIS spatial overlay analysis and data collection methods were adopted to sort out the relationship and differences between forest land management and ecological conservation red line control,and the conflicts and impacts causedby differences in forest land management.The results showed that the proportion of forest land area within the ecological conservation red line in Guangxi reached 91.2%,and the proportion of ecological conservation red line area within the forest management range was 28.7%.There are differences between forest land management and ecological conservation red line in terms of management purposes,regulatory content,management methods,management intensity,etc.These differences lead to con-flicts and impacts in forest land management,including mismatched natural element boundaries when connec-ting the ecological conservation red line attributes,the vague understanding of the requirements for forest land management within the ecological conservation red lines of forest land management and utilization proprietor has,the relatively large differences intensity of management of similar forest land management within and out-side the ecological conservation red line,the contradictions and conflicts in forest land management measures and intensity.In response to these conflicts and impacts,four forest land management suggestions and measures that meet the requirements of the new era are proposed.
